No ride today. Hiked the Girls.

Decided not to ride to day. It was in the 20s early this morning and then windy like crazy. Not that wind usually stops me, but I've been riding in the wind so much, just needed a mental break.

Did hike The Girls. Had fun climbing over all of the trees that are down. Twisting and winding around, just to have fun. They liked the time together. They always do. That's one of the great things about a dog.

Got lots of work done and saw clients in the gym. Good day, all in all.

Nina is very quiet today. Sad to think she is so sick. Off to bed. Ph, and it's after midnight so a Happy B-day to JE!
