Michelle Grainger has been coaching for over 20 years. She mixes her experience with her education to bring an individualized approach to your cycling and fitness goals. Her belief throughout her career has been that success comes through determination, motivation and balancing aerobic and functional fitness with strength and conditioning. Michelle combines years of on-the-ground experience with updated and continued education. Michelle's athletes have raced in the Leadville Trail 100, 24 Hour Solo Worlds, Cyclo-cross Nationals, Paris Brest Paris and RAAM.
Michelle offers a range of coaching service packages, and an hourly rate, to help you reach your specific fitness and competitive needs. Your programs are designed and based around your work, family and life schedules as well as the events you are choosing for your season's goals and accomplishments.
All service packages have a Beginning Assessment/Start Up fee.
The start up fee covers an initial phone conversation, one-on-one meet and greet emails, reviewing your medical and training history, questionnaire review and assessments of the questionnaire, reviewing goals, discussing your fitness strengths and limitations, daily demands, and calendar planning towards your most important goal or goals.
The coaching service package prices are based on how much time you need or want with Michelle.
The service package prices are based on length and frequency of phone conversations, emails sent and received during each week, amount of changes made to your monthly training plans and goals, nutrition advice, weight training and functional fitness offered, and overall changes to your main seasonal goals.
